To offer you an excellent service, we always confirm the arrival times of the flight. The driver will wait for all flights that are delayed and his transfer will be provided at no additional charge.

You must inform us that you will not require the service if your flight is canceled, or inform us of the next flight departure and your arrival time using the phone number on the coupon or via mail. If you do not, it will be considered as "NO SHOW" and no refund will be granted.

At the airport the driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the terminal, if you are going to go to the airport from a hotel, wait at the reception (lobby). If you are being picked up from an apartment or your home, or any other place, wait outside at the front door. The driver will look for you there with a tablet with the data of our company.

Our specialty is private transfers. The private transfer is to transport it as an individual passenger without the need to share a vehicle with anyone else. Once you arrive at the airport, you will not have to wait for other passengers. This allows us to offer an exclusive and personalized service.

The airlines suggest that the passenger is 3 hours before their flight time at the airport for the check-in process, our system will automatically schedule your pick-up time to avoid delays or other inconveniences.

All our transfers are made in exclusive SUVs, as your transfer is private, you do not need to wait or share your transfer. All vehicles have air conditioning, safety belts, WI-FI, screens, baby seats (if required)

If your luggage has been lost, you must inform us as soon as possible using the phone number on the coupon or ask permission to leave and notify the driver of your problem and that you have arrived at the airport and explain the situation, the driver will wait until a maximum of 1 hour after the flight arrival time. If the driver (or us) has not been contacted within these time limits, the driver can leave the airport without waiting. Failure to inform us will be considered as "NO-SHOW" and the transfer fee will be deducted from your credit card.

Each passenger has an allocation of 1 large suitcase and 1 hand luggage with no weight limit. Extra large luggage, if we are notified in advance when making your reservation, will be transported, but you must inform us of the exact amount.

Live animals can travel, paying an additional fee, as long as they are carried in a suitable transport equipment, kept in good condition, and have the necessary documents (for example, a pet passport). Please notify us at the time of making your reservation

Can I carry a bicycle, golf bag, etc.?

These and other similar items are not classified as normal size luggage. An additional fee payment is required, the amount that depends on your final destination when using the transfer service. You must notify us at the time of making your reservation.

Are my credit card details safe?

Can I cancel my reservation? It's free?

Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours before the confirmed date and time of service are subject to a full refund on the reservation payment.

Free cancellations are only allowed more than 24 hours before the time and date of the service. Please note that in the case of * NO SHOW, you cannot claim the money back.

Can I book flights for multiple-stop itineraries online?

Yes, you can purchase tickets for one-way or multiple-destination travel by selecting “One way” or “Multi-city” at the top of the flight search box on the home page.

I received a promotional offer to be redeemed online. How can I redeem it?

If you have an offer code, you can select “All Search Options” on the home page and then enter it in the field at the bottom of the page. If you are redeeming a gift certificate or electronic travel certificate, it can be redeemed in the Payment section during the flight booking process.
