If you need to cancel your reservation? You can do it from the confirmation email of your reservation in the VIEW BOOKING part or you can CANCEL your reservation by writing to our email email@example.com or to our contact numbers. 809-362-7942 / 829-883-3498 through the WhatsApp platform.
Reservations are subject to a 4% fee upon cancellation of the request. You will be notified of the total that will be discounted at the time of booking online. The difference will be refunded to your account. The Bank is charging us the same 4% when we make a refund to our customers.
Be sure to contact us if you need to cancel or no refunds will be granted.
Please note that in case of * NO SHOW you cannot claim the money back.
* NO SHOW means that after a confirmed reservation, you will never show up at the airport or at the Hotel on the date or time on the reservation you made. TRANSFER OF BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND "NO SHOWS"
Private transfers do not need to confirm the pick-up time back to the airport because it is pre-assigned during the reservation process and appears on the receipt, however, if you want to change the time or date of collection, you must contact us according to the information.
If your flight back to the airport changes the time, you must notify us with sufficient time and let us know the new pick-up time. We do not supervise outbound flights, it is the client's responsibility to do so.
Changes in the pick-up schedule are only allowed within 4 hours prior to your original pick-up, if you learned that your flight is delayed less than 4 hours from pick-up, we will not be able to make changes.
"NO SHOW" (No show means that we wait for the customer at the hotel and the customer simply does not show up without notice) No refund will be made to the final consumer in the case of a 'no show' without prior notice.
We are flexible with the amount of luggage on private transfers.
LAT RD is not responsible for the client's belongings left in the vehicle. It is the client's responsibility to unload all belongings before disembarking or embarking the vehicle.
We will wait until it arrives, we monitor all incoming flights for delays.
If you have problems with your flight itinerary, connecting flights, etc., we will adapt to your needs (we will pick you up later or at a different airport, etc.) but you must notify us with sufficient time.
In case of problems with customs or luggage, contact us at any phone number on the receipt or send a text message or call to inform us about the delay and take the necessary measures.
The passenger must arrive at the boarding point for THE AIRPORT RETURN TRANSFER at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time for that service. If the passenger arrives later than the scheduled departure time without prior notice to us, the driver will leave, in which case the passenger will be deemed to have lost NO SHOW service. LAT RD will not be liable to the passenger if he loses any service or suffers any loss, economic or otherwise, as a result of his late arrival, and is not required to delay any service to wait for the passenger, or to provide a seat at any another service if the passenger loses a service.

When an updated price is higher than the originally quoted price, www.luxuryairporttransfersrd.com will have a travel advisor who will inform you about the specific variation and the resulting balance to be covered.
